GEOLOGY OF EXTREME EARTH ENVIRONMENTS

We invite you to contribute to our session on GEOLOGY OF EXTREME EARTH
ENVIRONMENTS at the International Conference and GV-Meeting 2009 on
EARTH CONTROL ON PLANETARY LIFE AND ENVIRONMENT, to be held at
Goettingen University, Germany, October 5 to 7.
The session is devoted to the understanding of geological and biological
processes under extreme physical and chemical conditions. We especially
invite contributions to tectonic exhumation, erosion, soil formation,
chemical weathering, and sedimentation under strongly contrasting
orographic and climatic conditions. We are also seeking to learn about
biological controls on these processes.
