DMG-Tagung in Münster - Session: "magmatic processes" at DMG 2010

die Abstract-Deadline für die DMG-Tagung in Münster (19.-22.9.2010) rückt immer näher. Ich möchte Sie daher auf die Session "Magmatische Prozesse" hinweisen:

Diese Session ist der Untersuchung magmatischer Prozesse unter geochemischen, petrologischen, vulkanologischen und theoretischen Gesichtspunkten gewidmet. Mögliche Beiträge umfassen ein breites, interdisziplinäres Spektrum und reichen von der Entstehung und Entwicklung von Magmen im Erdmantel und der Erdkruste, sowie der Bedeutung dieser Prozesse für die stoffliche Differenzierung der silikatischen Erde, bis hin zu den Mechanismen der Extraktion und Eruption von Magmen.

The abstract deadline for the upcoming DMG meeting in Münster (19.-22.9.2010) is approaching soon. I would thus like to draw your attention to the session "Magmatic processes":

This session is dedicated to the investigation of magmatic processes considering geochemical, petrological, volcanological and theoretical aspects. Contributions cover a broad range of topics from the formation and evolution of magmas in the Earth’s crust and mantle, the importance of these processes for the compositional differentiation of the silicate Earth, to the mechanisms of magma extraction and eruption.
